The Montce project focused on enhancing the overall Shopify user experience for a premium fashion brand. The goal was to refine the digital storefront in a way that feels elegant, modern, and seamless while keeping the focus on the products. Since fashion e-commerce relies heavily on visuals and smooth browsing, every design decision was centered around clarity, aesthetics, and conversion.
During the UI/UX phase, we carefully analyzed the customer journey from landing to checkout. We worked on improving layout structure, product presentation, navigation flow, and mobile responsiveness. Special attention was given to collection organization, filtering systems, and product detail pages to ensure customers could browse effortlessly and make confident purchasing decisions.
On the Shopify side, the implementation focused on maintaining performance and consistency with the design vision. The interface was optimized for speed, responsiveness, and clean visual hierarchy across devices. We ensured the backend structure allowed easy content management while supporting scalable growth for new collections and campaigns.
